Copier Fax Business Technologies Welcomes Ryan Drake

Copier Fax Business Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Ryan Drake as a Field Service Engineer.  Drake is a certified EFI Fiery Color Controller Engineer and has been working with office technology for over 10 years.

Drake joins a service team that has been nationally recognized as one of the top-performing office technology service departments in the country by Konica Minolta.  Copier Fax is a “Pro-Tech Certified” dealership, which is awarded by Konica Minolta only to the top 10 percent performing Konica Minolta dealerships in the country.  Copier Fax is the largest Konica Minolta dealership in Western New York and is also considered the leading Office Technology Company as well.

Drake’s services will be focused on hardware products, although he will be fully trained in both hardware and software products provided by Copier Fax.
