Copier Fax Business Technologies has been identified as a 2018 Fast Track Company of Western New York.

This title is granted to businesses that are one of the fastest-growing companies in the area, and meet the following criteria:

– Independent, privately held, and for-profit.

– In business & generating revenue of $1million for at least three full years.

– Headquartered in Western New York (8 counties).

Copier Fax received this recognition in 2013, 2014, and 2015 – all around the time of our launch of Documentelligence.

CFBT credits some new major partnerships which have once again put the company back on this list.  In recent years, this includes the expansion of their partnership with Pegula Sports and Entertainment through several entities across the United States.  CFBT has also partnered with the government of St. Maarten, among several municipalities in WNY, and a partnership with Buffalo Spree Magazine.  This is among several other partnerships, in addition to our longstanding relationship with many of our clients – some existing for 25+ years.

A celebration for this honor will be held on August 15th, at Hotel Henry.

The Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Award (BNBEA) was established in 2007 to identify and honor companies that demonstrate a firm commitment to ethical business practices in daily operations, management philosophies, and responses to crises or challenges.

Each year, BNBEA celebrates business ethics by honoring local companies that display business ethics both internally and externally. Finalists and award recipients are recognized at our annual celebratory luncheon event in May at which time the Crystal Award is presented to the recipient companies.

After several years of applying for this great honor, CFBT was very proud to be considered a finalist for the Business Ethics Award.  The ultimate goal was to win the Crystal Award in our category, which is considered the highest honor and demonstration of ethical practices.

CFBT has the opportunity to achieve the Crystal Award again in 2019.

Copier Fax Business Technologies’ EVP/CIO David Scibetta proudly accepted the 2018 Diamond Club Partner recognition from DocuWare, and the 2018 DocuWorld summit, held in Orlando Florida.

This recognition is only awarded to the top-performing dealers in the country.  Copier Fax was ranked as a top-performing DocuWare dealer in New York State, and seventh in all of North and South America. They also consistently ranked globally as one of the top performers.

They are the only privately owned company in Upstate New York to hold this distinction.

DocuWare is a global provider of document management software.  They’ve been representing DocuWare for nine years, and been awarded the Diamond Club honors for seven of those nine years.

“Software technology continues to play a major role in the improvement of office workflow,” says David Scibetta, Owner and EVP/CIO of Copier Fax Business Technologies.  “The digital revolution is everywhere – not just on our mobile devices.”

The launch of Copier Fax’s Documentelligence™ has played a major role in the success of their software sales and has expanded their client base worldwide.  Through DocuWare, CFBT has been helping offices have full document management, as well as complete mobile access to office files from everywhere around the world.

In addition to the honor of being named a Diamond Club Member, Copier Fax will also be asked to be a member of DocuWare’s advisory board, which allows them to advise DocuWare on future product developments and attend exclusive DocuWare partner events.
