CFBT Receives Honor of Fast Track Award
Copier Fax Business Technologies was pleased to accept the 2018 Fast Track Company of Western New York. The event was held on Wednesday, August 15th at Hotel Henry in Buffalo, NY.This title is granted to businesses that are one of the fastest-growing companies in the area, and meet the following criteria:
– Independent, privately held, and for-profit.
– In business & generating revenue of $1million for at least three full years.
– Headquartered in Western New York (8 counties).
Copier Fax received the Fast Track Award in 2013, 2014, and 2015 – all around the time of our launch of Documentelligence.
CFBT credits some new major partnerships which have once again put the company back on this list. In recent years, this includes the expansion of their partnership with Pegula Sports and Entertainment through several entities across the United States. CFBT has also partnered with the government of St. Maarten, among several municipalities in WNY, and a partnership with Buffalo Spree Magazine. This is among several other partnerships, in addition to our longstanding relationship with many of our clients – some existing for 25+ years.

CFBT Welcomes Deanna Wik
CFBT is pleased to announce the hiring of Deanna Wik as our new Finance and Administration Associate! Deanna joins us from Whitening Supply Depot, and Innovative Integrated Solutions, where she worked for 25 years.
Deanna has 25 years of customer service, order processing, and shipping experience. She is a committee person for the American Cancer Society/Relay for Life Grand Island, and she also fundraises for the Variety Kids Telethon, where proceeds go to Women & Children’s Hospital. She also serves as a Eucharistic Minister at ST. Stephen’s Church on Grand Island.
Outside of CFBT, she enjoys staying involved with charitable organizations and fundraising events. Next year she will be celebrating 25 years of marriage with her husband Ron, and she has a 20-year-old daughter who is attending college for nursing.

Carl Jones joins Copier Fax as Director of Sales
CFBT is pleased to announce the hiring of Carl Jones as Director of Sales.Carl brings with him a wealth of office technology experience, which includes three years with Ricoh, 12 years with Xerox, and 4 years with Kodak. Carl also served in the United States Army for 8 years.
Carl graduated from RIT with a degree in Computer Science and also earned his MBA and Master’s in Computer Science from RIT as well.
He resides in Rochester, NY but will be frequently working in Buffalo each week.
Outside of CFBT, Carl coaches both boys’ and girls’ soccer, he is a fireman with the Pittsford Volunteer Fire Department and a member of Rotary International in Rochester.
Carl will be overseeing the sales territories for Buffalo and Rochester. In addition to staff management, he will be leading the way with business development, and growing our sales team exponentially over the next year.
His phenomenal leadership skills, in combination with his incredible experience and knowledge of office technology, have made up extremely proud to have him become an addition to our team.

Last month, CFBT had the pleasure of attending the 2018 NHL Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada. They joined as guests and partners of Pegula Sports and Entertainment, and as the Official Office Technology Company of the Buffalo Sabres.
CFBT had the pleasure of traveling with several other partners of the Buffalo Sabres, and was able to also learn more about the upcoming Sabres season.
CFBT is entering their fifth year as a partner of the Buffalo Sabres, and Pegula Sports and Entertainment. The partnership ranges from hardware throughout the arena, and Buffalo Sabres offices, to 716 Sports and Entertainment, DocuWare for Pegula Sports and Entertainment, as well as back file scanning services for properties across the US.

New Nissan Rogues hitting the Roads
Over the next few weeks, Western New York will be seeing our new Nissan Rogues hitting the pavement with our award-winning Service Department.
In partnership with VSP Graphics, Copier Fax Business Technologies first launched a new service van, that will be able to better accommodate production print repairs – through holding larger parts and equipment.
Nine new Nissan Rogues are rolling out now, with a fresh new design.
This is also in conjunction with a new delivery truck that was added to the fleet earlier in the year.
As we continue to grow, and work to provide exemplary service for our customers – it is important to use to also provide the necessary tools for our team, to make this happen!
