Copier Fax Business Technologies Receives Service Award for 10th Straight Year

Buffalo, NY – Copier Fax Business Technologies, one of the largest office equipment and software companies in Buffalo, NY, has been honored with the 2017 Pro-Tech Service Award from Konica Minolta.  This award recognizes Konica Minolta dealerships that demonstrate the highest commitment to customer support and satisfaction and is only awarded to the top 10% of the company’s dealerships.

To attain the Pro-Tech standard, each element of Copier Fax Business Technologies’ operation was evaluated and measured, including its management skills, inventory control systems, technical expertise, dispatch systems, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Sabres Extend Partnership with Copier Fax Business Technologies and Konica Minolta

CFBT Welcomes Kate Bluhm

Kate’s primary responsibility will include working with the Sales and Service Departments to coordinate client training of Copier Fax’s award-winning Documentelligence, their exclusive product that provides clients with hardware and software solutions to convert their offices into “Smart Offices” to improve workflow and cost savings.  Kate will be trained specifically in hardware systems, Document Management, and IT solutions from their Documentelligence program.

Before Copier Fax, Kate worked as the Director of Marketing for The Financial Guys, LLC, and as a Human Resource Recruiter for Skyline Ohio, located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Kate will combine her extensive customer service and communications experience to help maximize customer service for CFBT customers and support CFBT with their continual growth as one of the largest office technology companies in Western New York.

 

Al Scibetta Named Presenter at SDG

JFP_3451 (2)Buffalo, NY – Copier Fax Business Technologies’ President and Owner, Al Scibetta was honored with presenting and facilitating a best practices discussion at the March 2017 Select Dealer Group conference in Newport Coast, California.

His topics ranged from employee relations, business expenses, and various sales and transactional programs.

Select Dealer Group, or SDG is comprised of office equipment and systems dealer members who are serious about implementing the Model for Success in their dealerships. Because of the collaborative nature of the SDG, membership is limited to one dealer from each market territory

Meetings are designed to provide strategies, encouragement, and support, with the ultimate goal of improving sales and the customer experience.

CFBT Welcomes Chuck Livecchi

Rochester, NY – Copier Fax Business Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Chuck Livecchi.  Chuck has joined us as a member of our sales team and will be working out of our Rochester office.  He began his career in the Air Force as a computer programmer, followed by several years in sales and technology training.

He will be using his experience, along with his passion for building long-term relationships to help CFBT continue to grow as one of the largest office technology providers in WNY.

Chuck grew up in Canandaigua, NY, and attended Harley High School, Finger Lakes Community College, and Syracuse University.

He currently resides in Gates, NY.

David Scibetta named Board of Director at Cardinal O’Hara High School

JFP_2989Buffalo, NY – Copier Fax Business Technologies’ EVP & CIO, David Scibetta has been named a Board of Directors of Cardinal O’Hara High School, located in Tonawanda, NY.  David Scibetta attended Cardinal O’Hara a graduate of the University at Buffalo.  Scibetta proceeds with his father, Al Scibetta, as a second-generation family member to join this board.

Scibetta is a nationally recognized leader in the office technology industry and plans to bring his expertise in this, as well as his business management experience, with him to the board.  He frequently speaks at various industry conferences throughout the country about best practices, and in 2016, he became a board of directors of the Business Technology Association (BTA), as the representative of the Western New York region.

He joined Copier Fax Business Technologies in 1997 to oversee software expansion in the company, which up until that point focused on hardware, and was the largest Konica Minolta dealer in Western New York.  Through David’s leadership, Copier Fax launched Documentelligence, a proprietary solution service that encompasses hardware, software, document management, IT, and security services.  From this launch, Copier Fax became one of the largest full-service office technology providers in Western New York, and was recognized as an Elite Dealer from 2011 – 2015 by ENX Magazine; won the Dealer Award of Excellence in 2011; and named by Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies in America in 2008, 2010, 2013 – 2015.

Scibetta is looking forward to using his experience and expertise to help Cardinal O’Hara improve their bottom line and management systems.
